Taking the photographs Emma had edited I started to play with how the type content can be placed on the piece. Considering the rules which we are looking to break, Vignelli talks alot about layout and grid being a key tool, thinking on this I saw no reason why the grid can not be formed by the images we have produced, placing the text on the lines and blocks formed through the visuals instead of considering a real grid system. The type content are the quotes from Vignelli's Canon which we are breaking. Playing with forms of words and how the grid system is incredibly loose and sometimes completely non-apparent.
