I continued to look at childrens book design and found the most common are Alphabet Books, I can incorporate a similar style into my work by devoting each page to a different letter of the 'Splink!' acronym. With relevant illustrations around each letter, I believe it will be a fun informative experience for my target audience. I also need to consider a style which will appeal to parents so that they can engage with it to help there children learn the green cross code. Having looked at these I feel I need to incorporate colour into the work to keep it different and creative on each page so that the audience keeps interest with it and actually reads it.
