JAMIE REID - COLLAGE PUNK STYLES
Jamie Reid is a designer who is known for his work for the subculture punk. Reid's work with British punk band the Sex Pistols, where he edits images of the Queen and the British flag. Reid was clearly influenced by the image and type collages of the Dadaist and the Futurists. Reids work convey anti-establishment messages, through the medium of collage. Reid never had any educational training as a designer, his passion was born from the punk movement of the 70's, though his styles are now synonymous with that period of time.
