MUBI - Concept and initial designs

Considering the research which has been undertaken I tried to rationalise my aims and goals for the project which will be worked on using the design considerations and requirements set by MUBI. Looking at the distribution methods and product styles which I wanted to put across and which were also relevant to the brief and the online streaming service.

Aim - To produce a physical ad campaign for the online streaming service MUBI. Using the requirements set by the website and the research to explore the best ways to produce a promotional campaign which represents MUBI and reaches its target audience.

Concept - Produce a series of Posters and flyer/pamphlets to promote what MUBI does, how it works and what it is about. Using relevant imagery and typographic content to reach a new audience and a fresh unique visual campaign for MUBI.

Using imagery from the movies which are featured on the site, combined with inspiration taken from cinema throughout history and the design requirements which are set in place, I intend to explore a visually strong project which is relevant to the content, ethos and aesthetic of MUBI as it is now.
